Extreme Customs almost killed me doing modifications to my 2015 Ford F350 pickup.
Quotes from the BDS Suspension Manufacturer Tech
Support On Extreme Customs Install Of The F350
"Hmmm, so it sounds like just a poor install of
product all the way around"
"The steering wheel being off center lets me
know that no one did a alignment"
"That's just bad business if you ask me"
"Sounds like a poor installation"
Now my truck sits next to a dumpster at the local Ford
dealership due to the poor workmanship preformed by Extreme Customs of Oshkosh Wisconsin.
Check back for the full story along with emails, photos and videos.
STAY AWAY FROM EXTREME CUSTOMS AND TYLER REILLY
Extreme Customs Sucks - Such poor
workmanship by unqualified techs that they have destroyed a 2015 F350 pickup of mine.
Installed the BDS radius arms wrong, installed the track bar 1 1/2" too short
which caused the front axle to shift 3" toward the driver side which ended up
causing me in to lose control of the truck.
The brake line was rubbing on the tire and the
new BDS spring had rubbed though the axle stop steel bracket and in to the frame.
The
front Fox shock was never tightened and the list goes on.
STAY
AWAY FROM EXTREME CUSTOMS
(On June 22nd Tyler Reilly and Extreme Customs
is to have thier head on straight cause they will be doing
major modification on my F350 where my life and
the lives of my family is in thier hands,
instead Tyler Reilly is fighting with his
children's mother to the point where she has to report to jail
for Domestic Abuse Assessments and Disorderly
Conduct)
It is very clear now why the workmanship on my
truck was so poor that day.
STAY AWAY FROM EXTREME CUSTOMS, NEXT TIME IT
MAYBE YOUR LIFE ON THE LINE
ONE DAY EXTREME CUSTOMS IS GONNA KILL SOMEONE WITH THEIR I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE AND POOR
WORKMANSHIP.
On June 22nd of 2017 I hired and paid Extreme Customs out of Oshkosh Wisconsin
to install a BDS 2 1/2" radius arm kit with Fox shocks and a dual Fox steering
stabilizer, change the rear blocks from 4" to 5" and then lastly change the
tires to Toyo Country MT 35". Total cost for the modifications was $4,500.00,
ended up with $4,500.00+ worth of damages to my truck after Extreme Customs
poor workmanship. The day after the truck was delivered to me by Extreme Customs
the steering looked like the video below. The begining of a very bad
nightmare and the worst workmanship I have ever seen on a truck. I began to hear
a noise under the truck, wasn't sure what it was or where it was coming from in
the front suspension.
OVERVIEW OF THE POOR WORKMANSHIP AND DAMAGE CAUSED BY EXTREME CUSTOMS
One day after the truck was delivered by Extreme Customs the steering looked like this video and the
suspension noise became more consistent.
Two days after the truck was delivered by Extreme Customs
the steering looked like this video and the suspension noise became even more consistent.
The local Ford dealership where their tech discovered the
front axle had shifted over toward the driver side 3".
It was also discovered that Extreme Customs install the new BDS track bar wrong and the adjusting collar ended up chewing in to the trucks cross member.
Extreme Customs did such a poor job on the install and really cared less who's lives they endangered that the tech never tightened the top nut on the driver side shock.
Photos of the horrible install of the BDS kit preformed by Extreme Customs
Take a look at how far the axle shifted over the the driver side and how it bent to steering stabilizer, (left photo is driver side) (right photo is the passenger side)
check out the measurements from the axle stop to the springs.
The axle shifted over to the driver side 3+ inches.
Take a look at this photo how the passenger side brake line is rubbing on the tire.
Take a look at these photos, you can see the lack for detail and poor workmanship by Extreme Customs.
Extreme Customs installs the u-bolts crooked and spread out.
Extreme Customs installs the BDS track bar wrong and the adjusting collar notches in to my cross member.
Look at how Extreme Customs beat the end of a new BDS track bar with a hammer to get it in to place.
Listen to what the Ford dealership tech says at the end of this video.
Extreme Customs you suck!
After speaking to Extreme Customs several times over the phone, my husband developed a trust. He was to drop off his 2015 Ford F350 on Thursday morning and their "best guy" was going to be doing all the work (lift, new tires, shocks, stabalizer, etc) He was notified Thursday evening that the truck wasn't done, but that by Friday all the work would be completed. We were not in a hurry, so the extra time was fine. One of the guys even drove the truck to us because it was late. So far, so good. That's where the good ends.
Driving home from where we had been visiting, he almost immediately noticed the truck did not feel right, it was pulling.
Four days later the truck was taken to our local Ford dealership for inspection. Before the truck was even up on the lift, the list of mistakes and errors started to be documented. Things were not tightened, in fact, could be tightened by hand, they were that lose. Bolts were installed incorrectly, actually, to simplify, everything was basically installed incorrectly. Because everything was so wrong, it actually started causing damage to other areas. Ford did a great job documenting, taking pictures and videos of everything that is wrong. Sadly, the truck is so bad, they deemed it unsafe for the road.
Of course, as well as taking the truck to Ford Extreme Customs was also notified first thing. Their response, "it was fine when it left." No, correction, it was fine when it got to you and now it's not safe for the road!
Extreme Customs LLC decided to have the truck towed back to their location for their own inspection. Several conversations and emails have taken place and we were told that they do not feel they installed their products correctly and would like to redo everything that was done and repair the damage. Sorry, but NO WAY! We trusted them once and they could have killed us, they don't get another chance. Now, to date, they have changed their story. They now claim that everything they did was done right, even though it is clear even to someone who knows nothing about trucks that there are many things that are very wrong! They claim to have reviewed all the footage of the install and see nothing wrong. Well, then how did the axel shift to the left 3 inches, and how is the allignment so far off, the steering wheel is in the position of taking a sharp left when it is going straight? None of this was present when the truck was dropped off on that Thursday.
Needless to say, this will likely get ugly and we will have to take Extreme Customs LLC and Tyler Reilly to court for gross negligence and endangering the life of a family. Thank goodness, we have more than enough evidence to back it up.

Hey David,
This is Nate from Extreme Customs. It looks like the truck will be done early
tomorrow. Please give me a number I can reach you at during the day. Chris or I
will drive it to where you are staying so you don’t have to leave the pig! Let
me know what works.
Thanks,

HORRIBLE SERVICE.
I am now sitting down here off the highway
outside of Milwaukee waiting on a tow truck to
tow this truck you guys worked on back to Oak
Creek.
Yesterday was the first chance I got to drive the
truck and noticed right away the steering was
defective and not aligned.
The steering wheel was no longer straight, I took a
video yesterday of it as I drove so I could email and
show you.
But didn't have a chance to email you guys last night.
Decided to drive the truck again today hoping you guys did
your job correctly and gave me a safe truck in return.
Today the steering got even worst to the point the steering
wheel is more than 90 degrees off which made the truck very
difficult to drive.
I continued on my trip still hoping the truck was safe to drive,
shortly time ago the truck began to wobble out of control.
I manage to get it under control and off to the side of the road only to
discover the rear lug bolts to the rim on the passenger side were never
tightened.
Now at this point I'm mad as hell at you guys, your company did major work
on this truck and you needed to make sure it was safe to drive.
Not feeling like I trust your work now I called for a tow truck, as we sit
here waiting for the tow truck my buddy looked over the rest of your work
and noticed the from driver shock bolt is loose.
I have no clue what else was not done correctly on this truck. I do know
your mechanic should have stayed Friday and worked on it instead of going
fishing.
Which leads me to wunder who worked on the truck and was they qualified?
In the videos you can see the steering getting worst and worst.
I will try and upload these videos but my service out here keeps jumping
in and out.
I will re-email them when I get home. David

Hello David I am the shop manager here at Extreme Customs. I want to
apologize first and foremost for your unsatisfactory experience. We dont
take situations like the one you experienced lightly. Your email was
forwarded over to me this morning. I wanted to give you a call to discuss
the issues you are experiencing with your vehicle. I had the camera footage
pulled for your install and it shows the techinician torquing all four
wheels however i would like to get more information about what had happened.
Also you mentioned the shock bushing nut. That particular shock with a stem
and pancake bushing i know from experience get tightened till the bushing
swells but not tightened till its completly flat. Was it completly loose?.
As far as the alignment was the printout in the vehicle when he dropped it
off? Feel free to call me at your convenience at 920-232-74676
Thanks

Thanks for your email, we are still waiting on the side of the road for
help. The tow truck was too expensive so I have a friend going by my house
to pick up my car hauler so I can get this thing home. I have already set up
an appointment with Ford on Friday to look at the truck. I'm not sure what
your camera footage shows, I have das cam footage of the truck getting loose
and almost out of control. Clearly by you looking at the videos I've taken
you can see the steering is out of control.

I did see the footage and I definitly see the issue you were explaining. I
am glad you are okay and that you were able to get to the side of the road
safely! I also apologize for the inconvenince of sitting on the side of the
road. I would like to get to the bottom of the issue and find why that
happend. I know you mentioned that you have an appointment on friday with
ford but one option i can offer, we have a truck hauler at the shop we could
pick up the truck sooner take a look at and deliver it before the weekend. I
would like to do what i can to make it right. I am puzzled on how the
alignment changed from the specs it left with. The video shows more than a
typical wheel off center after the suspension settles. Regardless i would
like to help anyway i can! Let me know if thats something you would want us
to do!
Thanks

The truck is back at my home now after one of the worst days
I've had in my life. As I look at the things that were done
poorly on this truck the more mad I get.
Your mechanic put my life and my families life at risk, last
night we spent several hours making videos of the things we
found so wrong with the truck due to your staff's neglect.
I have been in contact with BDS sending videos and photos all
morning, I have them on a phone recording stating this is one of the
worst installs they have seen of their products.
They have gone on to state it's a good thing I knew how to control
the truck because they know the track bar was installed wrong and is
loose and I could have lost full control of the truck.
I really don't feel comfortable having your staff try and fix what
they have messed up on this truck.
Besides all of this I lost 2200.00 in wages yesterday since I couldn't
my job.
I'm having a hard time now trying to figure out where I'm going from here
forward with this mess.

closer that I sent them and the steering stabilizer was
installed wrong also.
They just emailed me the instructions and your staff couldn't even
read the instructions correctly.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Block wheels for safety. 2.Remove OE Stabilizer and hardware
Your staff couldn't even read step two and preform it.
Factory stabilizer is still on my truck.

Hi David I just spoke with the technician again to go over the issues you
were explaining and he is at a loss with what happened. Again I do apologize
for all the inconvenience this has caused you! I can understand your
hesitation with having more work performed at our shop. I can assure you
however those issues that were somehow overlooked with your previous install
would be remedied if you were to allow me to go over the entire kit to look
over all the work that my technician preformed incorrectly as well as
perform another alignment as well as check/readjust the the track bar length
while on the alignment rack. I personally would like to make it right and go
over the truck myself to ensure that you have no issues moving forward.
Again i can understand if this something you would feel uncomfortable with
however i can assure you I do my best to put out the best quality work and
your situation has shown the opposite of that! If there is anything I myself
can do to help please let me know!
Thanks

This morning we trailered the truck up to the Ford dealership. After a brief
look over they sent me home with it to bring back on a day that they have
more time. First thing the heavy duty guys seen was the rear axle u bolts
all put on crooked. Did you guys do anything right?
I'm not sure yet how to handle this matter. As of today no one has touched
it. Peter my attorney friend wants me to call in Phil Greiman which is a

has put a wrench to it. Check out the video where we told you the shock was

the track bar was installed wrong and has notched the hell out of my cross

Hey David. I was able to review the videos and can definitly see what you
are talking about! We have taken corrective action our end internally to
ensure that a situation such as this never happens again. I would like to
first and foremost offer you a refund for the labor performed in the amount
of $500 as well as
reimburse you for the $99 for
the alignment. Issues like these are very unsettling for us and i can only
imagine for yourself as well. I would still like a opportunity to correct
the install as well as show you the work has been performed correctly by
myself personally but again if that is something you would feel
uncomfortable with I can understand. Let me know if this is something you
would like to do! I could refund the money right away for the inconvenience

Regrading Level Kit
Alex
If there was just one thing installed incorrectly I
would say YES, correct your mistake and make it right.
With this install everything thing your staff touched
they installed wrong.
After several hours of thinking about this I have decided to
go to the internet making several videos and show the public
what a horrible job your company has done to my truck. We
will be creating a SUCKS page along with Youtube postings,
all information will be truthful.
The Ford dealership has agree to let us video tape all the
service they preform to make the truck correct. I have BDS
stating what a horrible job you did as well.
Sorry it has come to this but I'm not sure of any other way to
resolve this matter.
I know before this ends it will become very ugly and costly and I'm
prepared for that, legal battles are never cheap. Not that I will sure
you but I'm sure your gonna want to try and sue me after I start to
expose your company.
If you guy would like to discuss this before it gets full power I would be
open to that and figuring out a solution to settle this matter. Call me

Alex The truck is at Ford today and I have
already been called up to look at the poor job your company has done. The
front axle is three inch off toward the driver side. Take a look at the

handle this in court.

If they let the truck leave in the condition you say they do suck especially if they couldn't even adjust the drag link to center the steering wheel. But you apparently continued to drive the truck even though you knew something was wrong.
Any pics to back up these claims? This is the reason I installed my lift myself. I just don't trust other people working on my truck.
That's why I did my lift and everything else I need done that way you know it's done right and you can save some cash in the process. It looks like he has some videos on a website he made he posted the address. It just didn't make clickable a link. Extreme Customs LLC Sucks

Sorry I didn't put the link in correct to the site and thank you for doing it. This truck is a mess, Extreme Customs first stated they mess up the truck cause they installed the kit wrong, then changed that when they realized how much damage was done to the truck. Tyler at Extreme Customs called and told me BDS backed thier install but when I called BDS they told me "it was the worst install they have ever seen" The truck only 20k miles. I only drove the truck home from them and the next day, I don't want you to think I just kept driving it. I have a lot more photos to add to the site.
At this point I think I would have extreme customs not only refund all your money if you have already filed a dispute through your bank or card company. Then have them pay either Ford to return the truck to stock or pay another shop install a brand new bds kit. I would also recommend getting BDS involved especially if they are an authorized dealer. You still should have gone right back with the crooked steering wheel and complained about that and the noise it was making. It doesn't take 5 min to adjust the steering wheel but that was the least of your worries hope you get it squared away.
Oh my god - you are lucky to be alive - I am not a fan of suing people for frivolous stuff - but David - to your point - they are gonna kill someone - hire a lawyer - these people need to be stopped. That is some of the worst work I've ever seen performed.

EXTREME CUSTOMS LLC Tyker
Reilly owner BUYER BEWARE!! SOLD ME RIMS THAT DID NOT FIT MY CAR...ONLY "TALKS
ABOUT PICKING THEM UP" NEVER HAPPENS!! Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Terrible customer service!!!...When they say "professionally mounted and
balanced" don't believe them...had to add 6-8 oz to EACH wheel in order to
balance them..what a joke!!!! Will never go through them again
I was absolutely Dissatisfied with the after sale customer service from extreme
customs. I had an issue with the TPMS sensors, and after calls and emails, I
didn't receive any assistance. I would not and will not recommend to anyone I
know that they purchase wheels from extreme customs.
Avoid this shop at all costs! Its a long story, I'm from Az and ordered wheels
and tires through this shop and what a mistake that was. From the start I had
problems. The sales rep "Jake" changed the tires on the invoice after I
purchased them, so I had to call him and change it back. His response to that
was, "I thought these would ride better". Next I was waiting for the wheels to
be delivered, of which I was told would take 1-2 weeks max. So I received them
after about 3.5 weeks, ok no big deal. Put them on my vehicle and had an extreme
shake. So I had the wheels and tires rebalance, of which they were supposed to
do. Then after 2 days my tire pressure warning light came on. The sensors I just
paid Extreme Customs to install. I tried to readapt the tire sensors myself,
having over 12 years of experience in the automotive field, and was
unsuccessful. So I took it to discount tire and they were unsuccessful. So I
tried another discount tire and they were unsuccessful. So I finally broke down
and took it to a high performance tire shop and they were unsuccessful as well.
I finally just repaid for some new sensors and had them installed. So after over
a dozen calls to Extreme Customs, I asked "Jake" for a refund for the tire
sensors and he tells me ok as long as they aren't damaged. At this point the
sensors don't work, who cares if they were damaged when they were removed to fix
your problem! So I paid to ship them back to them with shipping confirmation.
They received their sensors a week later on a Monday. I called them that Friday
asking when I will receive my refund and "Jake" told me 1-2 weeks it will be
back in my account since the sensors checked out ok. So 3.5 weeks go by and
nothing, so I give him a call once again and states he just tested them and I
will receive my refund in a few days. He lied to me before telling me he already
tested them 3.5 weeks earlier! So I told him if I don't receive my refund in 48
hours I am going to put a stop payment on my credit card. Jake then asked me to
talk to his manager and I said I would be happy to. Jake then back on the phone
and said his manager is busy and will give me a call later. Well now 48 hours
later I finally receive a refund but never received a call from his manager. To
sum it up TERRIBLE COMMUNCATION, LYING, POOR PRODUCTS, and when or if you have
problems with this shop they treat you like dirt.
Worst Experience of my life received two damaged wheels had to scream and fight
with them to get them replaced and then they still didn't replace them and still
haven't and now aren't answering any of my emails just blowing me off like it
never happened would never do business with them again and would not recommend
this company to anyone out there.
This company is the worst company I ever dealt with. Was going to buy on eBay,
so I called them so they would add my TPMS to the auction. The phone call ended
perfectly fine and I was expecting an answer via eBay messages to let me know
about the new item# to make the purchase with TPMS. I go back on Monday to send
them a message to ask them what was going on with the item # when I was
surprised by a message stating they had blocked me from messaging them and
blocked me from ...
Sylvain Cayer Turning the review around to a company in Limoges doesn't make
your business ethics or scams valid. You scam people, you have the worst
business ethics.
I orderd 24x14 wheels 2500$.... Rims only... 1 didnt come with set of lug
nuts..... So i ask an they sent me some ....( wrong lug nuts ) (there acorn lug
nuts i need spline drive) not a huge deal. Wait to weeks for my wheels (im 200
miles away from there shop) again no big deal my rims show up an the inside of
the wheels are all scratch( tires over it but thats not the point) an some body
decided to spray paint all the scratchs with black paint ... Very disappointing
for 250...
Brody Ross Ive order 500$ set of wheels before from a different company got the
correct lugs ,no scratchs an actually got valve stems as i didnt from exstreme
customs
Extreme Customs The lugs you received were 1000% correct because they
are the same exact ones we send with every Fuel order and the same ones we do
for installs at our shop here. As for the damage, you're making it seem like we
damaged your wheels when they were shipped directly from the manufacture (look
at the labels). We were able to get MHT (Fuel) to approve the return but we
needed to get the one wheel back so we could have shipped you the other one OR
we would have needed you to order one wheel and we would have given you a FULL
refund when you received the other wheel. We aren't going to ship you a wheel
without getting a deposit for it or the other wheel back. Sorry. If you'd like
to do the swap for the wheel you received we have no problem doing that.
However, (again) we need the other wheel back OR you need to pay for the one we
get shipped and you'll get a full refund.
Customer service sucks took 3 weeks to get my tires and rims when I was told 1
week I wanted toyo tires and the guy sold me on atturro tires said they where
just as good !!! They r not even close atturro tires r junk .. will never deal
with this company again!!!! And yes I picked the atturro tires because the
salesman assured me they were just as good as toyo!! And I was told one week to
get them and got them 3 weeks later!!!!!
Extreme Customs We offered you BOTH the Atturo tires and the Toyo
tires (both are clearly listed for sale on our website as well) and YOU decided
to go with the Atturo tires because the price was significantly lower. As for
you the ship time, your invoice very clearly states they will ship in 9 to 10
business days because the wheels you ordered needed to get shipped in so we
could mount and balance them. Your credit card was charged on 9/24/2015 and the
package shipped on 10/7/2015. If you pull up a calendar, that's within the
time-frame you were told. I'm sorry you feel the tires "are junk" but we didn't
force you to buy them. We sell thousands of those tires each year and very
rarely have a problem with them.
Tyler Waldvogel Ok. MY BAD. I didn't have them in mind when I made that comment.
But when I made my review it was not because I have a sticker or anything else.
It was only because you guys are so rude. But if you want to think it's because
I'm trolling you are wrong. Grow up and act professional. I never made the
comment that they were any better then you. All I did was give you 1 star
because you are so rude. Get over it
This place is terrible, i had billits falling out of my wheels the day they were
installed, i called them, they did nothing. Never give them anymore of my $$$
Jesse Rathmell Yeah i figured that, my facebook page had a pop up to give them a
review so i gave them a terrible & honest one, they acted like they were going
to try & do something to make it right or help me out. I knew better because
they wouldnt do anything 2 weeks after i bought them let alone a few years. What
was wrong with your wheels?
Jesse Rathmell Would you guys atleast be able to send me some more billits since
they fall off? Im out of the extra 6 you sent me . I just went out & replaced my
last 1
If I could give them no stars I would. They only shipped three of the 4 wheels
we ordered, then they finally sent out a forth one, when they did it took over a
week to get to us. The whole process took 3 weeks and the reps are terrible
people to deal with. I would highly recommend avoiding them at all costs. Never
ever gain will I make this mistake.
Initially told rims would take 10 days to come in, after multiple calls with no
return phone call, took a month for rims to come in. Ordered new TPMS sensors
waited two hours the FIRST time for wheels to be placed. Drive 20 miles and TPMS
sensors go out. After calling them and no answer and no return phone call,
called from a different number and magically they pick up the first time. Go to
get sensor fixed and it takes 2.5 hrs and which they claim they initially
programed to wrong year. Seriously how many Dodge trucks do you do. Apparently
we had hours to waste. Never again will we be ordering and wasting our time with
this company and I advise you don't either.
Do not buy from them! The sell you defective rims and tires and will not do
anything about it. People there are a joke. I lost 2k to them. Stay away from
them trust me.
Called to get a quote on getting my lift kit installed. I was told via live chat
by Kody it could be done, and to call for a more accurate quote. Then he
proceeded to tell me that it couldn't be done, and like any other person that
was just told it could be done and then said no, I was obviously curious- So I
asked why. He then said he would place me on hold so I could speak to someone in
a higher position than himself, but obviously he was never trained on using the
hold button on the telephone because as he set the phone down he proceeded to
say "he won't take no for an answer, and he's fucking pissing me off." I then
called back and talked to the manager and he told me that the problem would be
address and he would talk to the owner about it and would call me right back. It
is now days later and I received no return call. Very unfortunate for them to
get a 1 star review, but I am rating my disappointing experience accordingly.
Extreme Customs Brian, Scott, whoever you are, was upset because the
wheels shipped 24 hours after the payment was processed. We also can't control
the weather and when UPS has warnings on their website that states "weather
conditions are causing delays." The listing clearly said "ESTIMATED delivery 3
to 7 business days." We can only say sorry so many times for something we cant
control.
Scott Smith Use the zip code you are drop shipping from on the listing, not your
Zip instead genius. Go look at one of your listings from someone's account not
your fine print...
waited over a month for refund, thank God pay 4 PayPal. It was 3k not like it was
a couple hundred. This was the 3rd.set of wheels and tires that I bought from
this place but my third set showed up with a bent rim so they told me go to a
tire shop see if they'll rebalance I paid them to rebalance Extreme Customs told
me buy 2 more tires i must have got a bad tire....so I buy 2 more tires from
them...also the wheels came with 18 ounces of weights on each one...that doesn't
fix it cuz they sold me bent rims so I'm still out all the money that I've
wasted at the tire shop they won't give it back and it took me a month to get my
$3,000 back only because PayPal gave it back after they held it for 11 days
because Extreme Customs wouldn't okay my refund the items were sent back
immediately as soon as Tire shop found out they were damaged .... a hundred
percent falls on the owner he got on the phone yelled at me too bad and he'll
send them right back to me if we return. .Bad Business, again thank God for
PayPal I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN.
I purchased a set of Konig Rennforms from Extreme Customs on February 13th via
their eBay store. I was advised that they were out of stock, so my transaction
was cancelled and I was refunded on February 20th after a phone conversation
with Jake at extension 104, and was told I could choose another set of wheels
and that they’d get me taken care of.
So, I called Jake at Ext. 104 back on February 22nd to let him know it’s cool,
the wheels are for my Summer tires anyway, and I’d really prefer the new Konig
Ultraforms, but being a new wheel they didn’t have any information on them, but
that they’d look into it. I called again on February 24th, and I was told that
since it’s a new wheel, they wouldn’t have any pricing information until the end
of March and the wheels would be available near the end of April.
The end of March comes and goes, I don’t hear anything, so I call back on April
6th to see if they have any pricing information yet. They don’t have exact
figures, but they give me a ballpark figure and said they’ll work with the
vendor on availability to get them shipped out and that they’d follow-up with
me. Again, I don’t hear anything, so I call back on April 28th and am told that
they still haven’t heard from the vendor, but they’ll try to get the wheels to
me ASAP and that they will follow-up with me.
Low and behold, a friend of mine who has the same car, coincidentally purchased
the same exact Konig Ultraforms two weeks later from Extreme Customs, and has
already had them mounted on his car for a week. I have been exceptionally
patient, constantly following-up with Extreme Customs over months, and never did
get an update on those wheels. So, last week I finally bought them from
somewhere else, they showed up 4 days later, and they were mounted just
yesterday.
I'll keep this short and simple: Called in an order for set of
wheels from their Ebay listing. Received wrong wheels. Called
them to inform and they said the wheels I wanted are NLA. I
requested return shipping labels and info on exchanging for a
different set via phone. Guy tells me he will email me shipping
labels and check on comparable set of wheels. A few days pass
with no reply. I call them again. Guy says he will call me back.
Another day passes with no call. I call again and guy promises
me he will send shipping labels today. Guess what I did not get
that day! By this point I'm frustrated but politely request a
refund and the shipping labels again. Another day passes. I call
and ask for the manager (Tyler). Tyler tells me that the wheels
I received is what I ordered and if I'm not happy with them then
I have to pay return shipping and a restocking fee!
Now I'm angry. We argue for a few minutes then he sends me the
labels.
A week later I get an email stating that 2 of the wheels are
damaged so they cannot issue a refund.
I call Tyler back and we have another long discussion. After
arguing back and forth for way too long he agreed to refund all
wheels.
Never received a followup call to confirm I got the refund.
Take this info however you want. This was my experience.
Avoid this shop at all costs! Its a
long story, I'm from Az and ordered wheels and tires through
this shop and what a mistake that was. From the start I had
problems. The sales rep "Jake" changed the tires on the
invoice after I purchased them, so I had to call him and
change it back. His response to that was, "I thought these
would ride better". Next I was waiting for the wheels to be
delivered, of which I was told would take 1-2 weeks max. So
I received them after about 3.5 weeks, ok no big deal. Put
them on my vehicle and had an extreme shake. So I had the
wheels and tires rebalance, of which they were supposed to
do. Then after 2 days my tire pressure warning light came
on. The sensors I just paid Extreme Customs to install. I
tried to readapt the tire sensors myself, having over 12
years of experience in the automotive field, and was
unsuccessful. So I took it to discount tire and they were
unsuccessful. So I tried another discount tire and they were
unsuccessful. So I finally broke down and took it to a high
performance tire shop and they were unsuccessful as well. I
finally just repaid for some new sensors and had them
installed. So after over a dozen calls to Extreme Customs, I
asked "Jake" for a refund for the tire sensors and he tells
me ok as long as they aren't damaged. At this point the
sensors don't work, who cares if they were damaged when they
were removed to fix your problem! So I paid to ship them
back to them with shipping confirmation. They received their
sensors a week later on a Monday. I called them that Friday
asking when I will receive my refund and "Jake" told me 1-2
weeks it will be back in my account since the sensors
checked out ok. So 3.5 weeks go by and nothing, so I give
him a call once again and states he just tested them and I
will receive my refund in a few days. He lied to me before
telling me he already tested them 3.5 weeks earlier! So I
told him if I don't receive my refund in 48 hours I am going
to put a stop payment on my credit card. Jake then asked me
to talk to his manager and I said I would be happy to. Jake
then back on the phone and said his manager is busy and will
give me a call later. Well now 48 hours later I finally
receive a refund but never received a call from his manager.
To sum it up TERRIBLE COMMUNCATION, LYING, POOR PRODUCTS,
and when or if you have problems with this shop they treat
you like dirt.
They
suck!!! Worst customer service I
have ever experienced! Order
from somewhere else....anywhere
else!!!
Never
again!
Just
read their responses to
people's reviews. You will
get a slight taste for what
their customer service would
be like....terrible and
childish! I have been
dealing with their crap for
8 weeks.
You
might be alright if
everything goes smooth but
if something happens you
will be screwed (They might
even screen your phone
number). Read all their
ridiculous policies before
you order (all the fine
print). If you do decide to
order from this place...God
help you!
Their
workmanship leaves a lot to
be desired. Whatever
lubricant they use to get
the tires on rims they leave
all over rims and tires.
They can't even wipe the
foamy funk off. Its not easy
to get off after it dries.
They can't balance tires for
their lives. I got all my
tires rebalanced elsewhere
locally which used less
weight on all 4 tires than
extreme customs used on one
tire.
This
place is just horrible. I
have nothing good to say
about this place and would
not recommend it to anyone!
I am
sure a bunch of the positive
reviews are from employees
and/or family and friends.
My
relationship with extreme customs
was great in the past, however they
seriously dropped the ball on my
last order. I am so furious I am
strongly considering ceasing this
relationship with them for good. A
week and a half later order still
has not shipped. I called monday to
see what the deal was, I try to be
understanding(figured they were just
backed up). Was told by salesman
answering phone they would arrive
Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning
and ship ASAP, Had not heard
back. I called today and of course
they still were not there. They
claim it will be ready in the
morning, but we shall see. The GM
Ryan is always up front and honest,
great to deal with and I still
recommend him to anyone, but the
salesman answering the phone have no
willingness to actually do their
damn job, it finally took getting
Ryan involved to give me an answer I
was wanting.

Following is officer Reimer's report:
“
The reporting person, Tyler Reilly, stated that his ex
-
girlfriend, [the defendant] Jennifer [J] Dahms [11/16/1984], had caus
ed a disturbance at his residence
in which she threw objects at him and hit him with her keys. Tyler also informed
Dispatch that Jennifer
had left the residence approximately 45 minutes prior in a red Mazda CX7,
possibly heading to her
address of 614 Isabe
lla Street.
I made contact with Tyler at his residence. Tyler informed me that he and
Jennifer have two
children in common, a 7 year old daughter named [B] and a 1
-
1/2 year old daughter named [E]. He
stated that his daughters were at the residence wit
h him and had heard what happened, but did not see
anything.
Tyler stated that he found out that Jennifer was speaking with another male, and
he confronted
her about this. He stated that a heated argument took place in which he said
Jennifer started
scr
eaming swear words and started throwing a fit. Tyler stated that he had video on
his cell phone of
almost the entire incident.
Before Tyler had started recording the incident, he informed me that he was
holding his phone
and was holding an E Cigarette
machine that belonged to Jennifer. He stated that he had purchased
this E Cigarette machine for her, but did give it to her. Tyler said that he
told Jennifer he was going to
record the way she was acting and this caused her to become even more angry. He
said that she then
jumped on his back and started reaching for the phone, as well as reaching for
the E Cigarette in
Tyler's hand. Tyler said that at some point, they had fallen down onto the
living room floor and at some
point during that altercation Jen
nifer's E Cigarette was broken. In the video that Tyler showed me,
Jennifer was yelling that Tyler had broken the E Cigarette. I asked Tyler if he
had purposely broke it
and he did not give me a definitive answer. Tyler stated that he could not
remember
what happened to
it, but he knew that it was broken.
Tyler was then able to get up off of the ground and he started recording the
incident. While
watching the recording, I saw that Jennifer was screaming at the top of her
lungs, stating, "Fuck you!"
s
everal times. I also watched as Jennifer took a lamp in the living room and
threw it onto the ground.
She also kicked Tyler in the lower leg several times on the video.

The video showed that Tyler was recording her and getting into her face and
yelling
things back
to her, but at no point did he ever keep Jennifer from leaving. Jennifer had
several opportunities to
leave and at one point she went out into the garage and got into her vehicle.
While in her vehicle Tyler
continued to yell, "Good
-
bye!" Je
nnifer then decided to get back out of her vehicle and she grabbed a
leaf blower from inside the garage. She threw this leaf blower at Tyler's car,
causing damage to the
leaf blower and the front driver's side of the vehicle. Photographs of both the
leaf
blower and the
vehicle were taken by Officer B. Deich.
After Jennifer did this, she pushed herself back into the residence, even though
Tyler had
attempted to close the door so that she could not get in. While reaching through
the door, she took
sever
al swings at Tyler's face.
When she got back inside , Jennifer jumped on Tyler's back and had her arms
around his neck.
Tyler made several sounds as if he could not breathe and informed me for a very
short while he had a
tough time breathing. He stated
that at no point did he actually think he was in danger of being
strangled, and instead of defending himself he was trying to keep his phone
pointed toward them so he
could record what was happening. When Jennifer got off of him, she then started
walking
around in the
kitchen. While doing this, she opened the refrigerator and started throwing
items out onto the ground.
Also during this incident, she grabbed a wine bottle and attempted several times
to break it while in the
sink, unsuccessfully. Jennifer
also took the hand held spout from the sink and started spraying water
onto the kitchen floor. During the entire incident, Jennifer was screaming
obscenities and causing
disorder.
Tyler stated that he did not give Jennifer permission to cause him pain
, nor did he give her
permission to damage his property."
All of the above incidents occurred in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
